Whole Child Continuum Accountability Dashboard

Data and research can be powerful tools for improving life across our community. When people are organized and equipped with a clear understanding of how local systems operate, we can work together more effectively to transform systems of oppression into systems where everyone can thrive.

This tool is designed to equip people across Forsyth County with the knowledge needed to organize, advocate, and drive meaningful change.

This is an early prototype that will continue to grow in depth and usefulness over time. It brings together data on key community milestones with information about who is working to improve outcomes—and how. Over time, we aim to incorporate community voices, lived experience, and policy and advocacy priorities, evolving this into a single, integrated hub for shared knowledge and action. Our vision is simple: a Forsyth County where everyone is thriving—everywhere, with no exceptions.

Success in education is connected to every other part of a child’s life.

When a child is hungry, when they are living without stable housing — when their basic needs are not being met — they face disadvantage before they ever set foot inside a classroom. To support children and families to thrive in education, Forsyth Family Power’s work must extend beyond the classroom to address peoples’ holistic needs. Through our partnership with Thriving Together Forsyth, we are aligning with the Seven Vital Conditions framework—interconnected essentials that every person needs, all the time, to live healthy, joyful, and connected lives.
